By accessing truevibe.bond or purchasing a course from TrueVibe Atelier (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

3. Courses and Access

• Online course access is personal, non-transferable, and time-limited as specified on each course page.
• Studio courses require punctual attendance and adherence to safety guidance from instructors.
• We may modify course content to improve quality without materially reducing learning outcomes.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice before purchase.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase if no live session was attended; Studio seats refundable up to 14 days before the start date.
• Chargebacks or unpaid balances may result in suspension of course access.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and branding are owned by TrueVibe Atelier or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, share, or resell content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Do not upload harmful code or infringing content.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or that outcomes will meet your expectations. We do not offer medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueVibe Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
